"Schedule It Your Way" are online courses offered by MATC (Milwaukee Area Technical College). You can complete the entire course at home, at any open MATC computer lab, or wherever you have a computer available. There are no classroom lectures to attend. All coursework is handled via the internet and with email. Starting dates are flexible, courses can be started at any time. Work on the course at your own pace.
Tom Krischan is an instructor at MATC. He teaches the following "Schedule It Your Way" online courses: HTML Part#1, HTML Part #2, JavaScript Part#1, and JavaScript Part#2. Taking these courses will teach you skills about building and designing webpages. These courses should be taken in sequence, as the information you learn in one course will become the building block for material in the next course.
There are prerequisite skills for these "Schedule It Your Way" courses. The necessary skills are listed in the course descriptions. All courses require that you can send & receive email, that you have intenet browser skills & can navigate websites, and that you have access to a computer connected to the internet. You may not take these courses until you can demonstrate these prerequisite skills. If you need training to learn these skills, you will need to take other MATC courses.
