Baptisia 'Solar Flare'
5/30/2010 Baptisia 'Solar Flare' flowering. This is an artificial hybrid cross (guessing) of Baptisia australis x (tinctoria x alba). Since it was allowed to open pollinate, the true lineage will be forever uncertain. Hybridizer Dr. Jim Ault at the Chicago Botanical Gardens.
