1984
- 1.2 acre property was purchased within an existing subdivision in Town of Vernon, Waukesha County, southeast Wisconsin. For many years prior to development, the acreage was farmland (probably corn fields). The home was constructed in 1977. The lot was then covered with a typical large suburban lawn. Landscaping, at the time we purchased it, was minimal. There were almost no trees or shrubs on the lot. Only one tree remains today from the plantings by the original owner:
