
Beef Wellington
Blender Mixture:
- 1 Cup Onions (chopped)
- 2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms (chopped)
Fry Pan Ingredients:
- 1 Clove Garlic (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon marjorm
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
13x9x1 Oven Pan:
- 17 ounce Frozen Puff Pastry
- 5 ounce beef
- 1 Egg White (beaten)
Options:
- bread crumbs to thicken
Finely blend chopped onions and mushrooms in blender. Transfer to fry pan and add ingredients. Cook until dry.
Place pastry on sprayed 13x9x1 pan. Spoon in mushroom mixture (same size as steak). Place beef over mixture. Wrap pastry around beef, brush with beaten egg whites.
Bake 425 for 18 minutes.
