Salisbury Steak


Combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt, pepper. Shape into oval patties. Brown patties and pour off fat. Remove patties and set aside. In pan, gradually blend remaining soup into flour. Stir to loosen browned bits in pan. Return patties to pan. Cook over low heat about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serves 4 to 6.
