
Lemon-Rosemary Salmon
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 6-ounce salmon filets
- 2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and mix well. Place salmon in shallow glass dish and cover with lemon mixture. Let stand at room temp for 30 minutes to marinate.
Place salmon on grill, reserving marinade. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon lemon pepper. Cover grill. Cook 4 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade.
Turn fish, sprinkle with remaining lemon pepper. Cook 4-8 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
