
Chicken-Pasta-Fruit Salad
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup sour cream
- 2-1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 cups cooked small shell macaroni
- 11 ounce mandarine orange segments, drained
- 8 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ginger, lemon juice and salt until smooth. Set aside. In a medium bowl, mix chicken, macaroni, oranges, pineapple, celery and grapes. Add dressing and stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 or up to 24 hours.
