
Salmon Pasta Salad
- 2 cups elbow or shell macaroni
- 1 can salmon or equivalent smoked
- 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup Marzetti slaw dressing
- 1 egg, hardboiled and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Combine all ingredients. Chill overnight to blend flavors. Stir before serving.
