
Cheese Sauce
- 3 tblsp butter
- 3 tblsp flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice
Melt butter. Blend in seasonings. Add flour and cook stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Slowly add milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook about 10 minutes. Add cheese stirring until melted.
