
Chocolate Fingers
- 1 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 6 ounce grated sweet chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream butter. Add sugar gradually. Cream well. Add grated chocolate and salt. Blend. Add flour to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Blend. Roll dough into logs and place on ungreased sheets. Bake at 250 about 45 minutes.
