Divide dough into three parts.
Add cherries to one, chocolate to the second and poppy seeds to the third.
Using 1/4-1/3 of one of the doughs at a time, roll into a log then press out and flatten on wax paper. Repeat for each dough, then lay on top of one another. Wrap in wax paper and freeze for several hours. Repeat for remaining dough.
Cut in slices and bake on lightly greased cookie sheets at 375 for 12 minutes.
