Preheat oven to 375.
Combine first four ingredients.
Cream butter, add sugar and beat until light and fluffy (about 3 min with electric mixer). Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat slowly until liquid becomes incorporated then beat wull until combined, scraping bowl occassionaly. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until combined, scraping the bowl occasionally. Refrigerate dough. Form into balls, roll in cinnamon sugar, place on ungreased sheet, flatten with glass.
Bake 11-14 minutes until golden.
