
Pecan Crusted Dijon Tilapia
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup mayo (regular!)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Spray metal baking pan with Pam. Place fillets on pan.
Combine mayo and mustard. Spread on fillets.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake at 375 about 12 minutes.
