
Rhubarb Dream Dessert
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Crust
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 5 tablespoons confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup softened butter
Blend above ingredients and press into bottom of ungreased 11x7-1/2 baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
Sift together:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Add to:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups finely chopped rhubarb
Spoon topping onto crust and bake 35 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
